RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In the event that you are dissatisfied with our service, USA Business Services, Inc will undertake its best efforts to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. If you still remain dissatisfied after USA Business Services, Inc attempts to resolve the matter, the following terms and conditions apply. Please note all refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of issuance of services. USA Business Services, Inc cannot issue refunds if such request is made over thirty (30) days following the dispatch of the services by USA Business Services, Inc.
Returning Physical Products:
You have 30 days from the product's ship date to be eligible for a refund under the satisfaction guarantee. You must include a copy of the packing slip for a refund.

For all checks returned to USA Business Services, Inc. due to non-sufficient funds or closed accounts, a twenty five dollar ($25.00) penalty and any additional bank service fees will be added. SUBMISSION OF CORRECT INFORMATION BY YOU
You agree that you are responsible for the spelling and other information forwarded to USA Business Services, Inc. and that information is exactly as you desire for USA Business Services, Inc. to perform the Services requested. Submission of credit card information via our website, via facsimile, or otherwise authorizes USA Business Services, Inc. to charge your credit card for the Services.
PURCHASE OF SERVICES BY AGENT
You agree that, if an agent (e.g., an Internet Service Provider, employee, attorney, CPA, etc.) purchased our Services on your behalf, you are nonetheless bound as a principal by all terms and conditions herein.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL

SEVERABILITY
In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement are held to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is entered into in the state of Illinois and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, exclusive of its choice of law rules. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts having jurisdiction in the County of Cook in the state of Illinois, and you waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. In any action to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to costs and attorney fees.
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS
You agree that you are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to or governing your use of this Site, and you agree to indemnify and hold USA Business Services, Inc. harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses or obligations suffered or incurred by you arising from your failure to comply.
WAIVER
No term or provisions hereof shall be deemed waived and no breach excused, unless such waiver or consent shall be in writing and signed by the party claimed to have waived or consented. Any consent by any party to or waiver of a breach by the other, whether express or implied, shall not constitute consent to, waiver of, or excuse for any other different or subsequent breach.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
You agree that this Agreement amounts to the complete and exclusive agreement between you and USA Business Services, Inc. regarding our Services. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written and whether established by custom, practice, policy or precedent.
